Opening Hours : Monday-Wednesday 10am-5pm on the phone only. Thursday phones from 10am-5pm and Windows from 12pm-6pm. Friday phones from 10am-5pm and windows from 12pm-8pm. Saturday phones from 12pm-6pm and windows from 12pm-8pm and on Sunday both the phones and windows from 12pm-6pm. We will continue to remain open a minimum of one hour after the start of all paid events and open earlier as needed for early morning/afternoon events or onsales.
The Mohegan Sun is an accessible venue for patrons in wheelchairs. They may be purchased at the Box Office, over the phones, or at Ticketmaster retail locations and online.
