CODE OF CONDUCT: We reserve the right to remove any person from the event without refund for engaging in harassment, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA CONSENT: While personal photography and filming are not permitted, official event photographers or videographers may capture content. By attending, you consent to being recorded and understand such media may be used for promotional purposes. FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, power outages, natural disasters), we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the event without liability. Refunds will only be provided at our sole discretion.
