Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Box Office Location: Located on the east side of the Stadium. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

For Football games, Parking is for Season Ticket Members only. There is onsite parking for Handicap. For Concerts, parking is available for a fee.

Wheelchair seating is available by contacting the Ticket Office on the Monday of game week. The cost is $5 total for both the person in the wheelchair and an attendant if required. For those not bound to a wheelchair but still requiring specialized seating, we have additional seats reserved in section X, L, & N at concourse level. Please contact the Ticket Office to purchase these seats.

For football games: Under 24 months FREE if sitting on adults lap. Policy may vary for concerts.
