There is no elevator to the balcony at Symphony Hall. The lobby opens one hour before the show. Drinks and snacks are available for sale in the lobby.
Accessible Seating is available for one (1) accessible seat and one (1) companion seat only. Any other arrangements must be made through the Box Office. Accessible entrance located on East Columbus Ave. side of Symphony Hall.
