If tickets are to be collected at an official box office, only the person who bought the tickets may collect them upon presentation of a booking reference number, photographic identification and the payment card used to make the purchase.

Please use public transport to travel to the Olympic Park, as there is no parking at the venue. The multi-storey car park at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park can be used. You can also find out more information about car parking at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
