Honeymoon Suite

Honeymoon Suite, formed in 1982 by Johnnie Dee and Derry Grehan, quickly made waves with their hit 'New Girl Now,' which won Toronto's Q107 Homegrown Contest and led to a deal with WEA Canada. Their self-titled debut went platinum, followed by more success with The Big Prize (1986), which included tours with Journey, ZZ Top, and Heart, a Juno Award win for Group of the Year, and an international following. Their third album, Racing After Midnight, took them to L.A. with Van Halen producer Ted Templeman and featured Michael McDonald on backing vocals. With Supporting Artists: The Kings. Best known for their massive 1980 hit 'This Beat Goes On/Switchin' to Glide,' The Kings burst onto the North American rock scene with an unforgettable blend of power pop hooks and new wave energy. The Arena at Pickering Casino Resort Box Office is located at the lobby entrance of the venue. It is open on event days only, two (2) hours prior to event time.

Free public parking is available on site, in surface lots and a covered parkade. EV charging stations and accessible parking spots are available.

As a security measure, no re-entry is permitted after you have exited the Arena. Only small purses, clutch, or fanny pack type bags smaller than 16.5cm x 11.5cm (6.5"x 4.5") are permitted; bag search is mandatory upon entry. No outside food or beverages. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the venue.

All patrons must have a ticket for entry. Many events are all ages, and for these events children are welcome. For some events, entry is only open to persons 19 years of age or older. Any age restrictions will be clearly indicated at www.Ticketmaster.ca.
