Kenny Barron

Borrowed from the title of one of his most popular songs, Voyage, Kenny Barron opens his vault of rarely performed music, spanning sixty years of composing to create a retrospective evening of the NEA Jazz Masters prolific artistry. Alongside bassist Kiyoshi Kitagawa and drummer Johnathan Blake, his bandmates of over a decade, this classic trio explores the magic within some of Barrons finest unheard melodies as well as more recent nods to some of his favorite inspirations.---Seats are assigned by date of purchase.
