Fees & Charges: The following fees apply to primary tickets sold on behalf of the event organiser: An Infrastructure Charge of up to 1.95% applies to tickets purchased online or via our contact centre only as a fee for providing our contact centre and ticketing platform. This will be added to the price of tickets displayed on our event page. A Handling Fee of $6.00 per transaction applies over the phone and $4.00 per transaction online. In addition a delivery fee may apply depending on the mode of delivery selected. A $1.00 booking fee per ticket applies if purchasing tickets from an outlet. Please Note: An Eden Park Stadium Levy of $3.95 applies to each ticket. This levy contributes to the ongoing and future maintenance of Eden Park.
Tickets can be collected from Gates A, D, E & H on game day however please note gate opening times may vary and some gates may not be open for all games.
On non-game days, Eden Park has over 300 car parks available. When a game is on at Eden park, temporary parking restrictions may apply to the Park itself and streets in the immediate area. Parking on Game Day: While there is no parking at Eden Park on a game day, we encourage the use of public transport for games at the Eden Park. Onsite Parking: Some areas around the stadium, including areas within the parking zone, are reserved for public transport and other traffic management uses. Residents' who are Parking Permit Holders are not able to park in these areas. These areas are marked on the residents' newsletter map which is delivered a few days before each game and will be clearly signposted on the event day. When a game is on, the Traffic Management Plans are put in place and enforced by Auckland Transport. Disabled patrons have free entry to the stadium and disabled seating facilities for selected matches including Super Rugby and ITM Cup Rugby. Care givers are also free (for Super Rugby and ITM Cup) and tickets can be obtained through Auckland Rugby Union on (09) 815 4823. There are a limited number of disabled parks available on Cricket Avenue, in the North Stand carpark (Entrance P1 and P2) and in the South Stand (Entrance P5) on a first come, first served basis.
Important things you should know: • Eden Park is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted. • Intoxicated persons will not be allowed entry. • There is a liquor-ban in the surrounding neighbourhood during all events. • All patrons entering the Stadium do so at their own risk • All patrons entering the Stadium must occupy the seat that they have been allocated • Umbrellas may not be raised within the Stadium • There shall be no unsolicited selling of merchandise, advertising or promotional giveaways • Liquor will not be served to minors and intoxicated persons and no patron may remove liquor from the Stadium • Children under the age of 14 years must be supervised by an adult at all times Note: Failure to comply with a direction from Event Management Staff at Eden Park Stadium or Police to leave the Stadium may render the patron liable to arrest and prosecution for the offence of trespass under Section 4 of the Trespass Act 1980, as amended, which is punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or a term of imprisonment not exceeding 3 months in terms of section 11 (a) of the Trespass Act 1980, as amended.
