Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
Accessible seating is available for patrons with disabilities. Tickets can be purchased through all sales channels. Those wishing to purchase accessible seats are allowed to have up to three companions sitting with them (based on availability). Ovens Auditorium strongly encourages those needing to purchase tickets in accessible seating areas to do so as far in advance as possible. All accessible seating will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made on the day of an event to accommodate those needing accessible seats but are holding a ticket for a conventional seat but all such exchanges are based on availability. Accessible seats are located throughout the Orchestra (lower) Level. A wheelchair lift is also available. Ovens Auditorium has an FM amplified listening system for patron convenience. System units are available at the coat-check room in the main lobby. To obtain an Assistive Listening Device, guests must present proper identification (state ID, etc.). These devices are free of charge.
