Opening Hours : Broadway Center Ticket Office services the Pantages and Rialto Theatres. Located next to the main entrance of the Pantages Theatre. Open Monday-Friday 11:30am-5:30pm and 2 hours prior to an event ticketed at the Broadway Ticket Center.

All patrons must have a ticket for entry regardless of age or seating requirements, including infants. No refunds. No exchanges.

Tickets held for willcall can be picked up on the day of the performance usually 2 hours prior to showtime. The customer must present a valid form of identification, the actual credit card, and the confirmation number.

Parking lots and street parking available.

No recording devices. No smoking is allowed inside the building.

Children under 5 are usually not allowed except for events such as the family series events.
