Viejas Arena has a CLEAR BAG POLICY: bags larger than 4.5in x 6.5in must be clear plastic or vinyl. Clear bags cannot exceed 12in x 12in x 6in. The venue does not have property check in. Large bags must be returned to guests vehicle.

Infra-red listening devices are available at the Box Office. Hearing impaired and sight impaired patrons are asked to contact the Box Office at 619-594-0429 no later than 2 months before the date of the event to inform the venue you are in need of a sign interpreter.
