Fees for Primary Tickets: The following fees apply to primary tickets sold on behalf of the event organiser: An Infrastructure Charge of up to 1.95% applies to tickets purchased online or via our contact centre only as a fee for providing our contact centre and ticketing platform. This will be added to the price of tickets displayed on our event page. A Handling Fee of $8.00 per transaction applies over the phone & $8.00 online. A delivery fee may apply depending on the mode of delivery selected. A $0.00 Booking Fee per ticket applies if purchasing tickets from an outlet or the venue Box Office. Fees for Resale Tickets: Resale Tickets, sold by fans and verified by Ticketmaster, may be available for this event. A Resale Seller Fee of no more than 5% of the resale ticket price and a handling Fee of $8.00 per transaction apply to purchases of Resale Tickets.

The closest parking option is the Civic Car Park, located within a short walking distance. There are 1,000 car park spaces available. The parking buildings are staffed during opening hours. All parking buildings provide disabled access.

All Auckland Live venues can be accessed by wheelchairs and have lifts and ramps to assist those who have difficulty climbing stairs. Please communicate any special requirements regarding seats for wheelchair users when booking your tickets. Children Children are welcome to attend events at Auckland Live but they will need their own ticket and sit in their own seat. All children under 12 years must be with a caregiver at all times. Children under the age of 3 years are considered too young to attend most events except where the event is for children and families. When the event is a family event - unless otherwise specified - a child under the age of 2 will be admitted free of charge but they must be seated on their caregiver's knee.
